Available for hire as a “Left” or “Right” Elevating leg rest.

Elevating leg rests (ELR) are sometime necessary following procedures where recovery requires either or both legs to be kept straight and unbent. Usually the leg will be in a cast or held with a traction device where mobility can be very challenging.

A wheelchair can be the only means of mobility in these circumstances where it is equipped with an appropriate elevating leg rest.

Not every wheelchair can be fitted with an elevating leg rest, so be sure to check the specifications or ask our team which chair may be suitable for ELR.

We deliver* items from Coolangatta to Caboolture and as far west as Toowoomba.

We always attempt to go the extra mile, so if you are outside this region, please feel free to contact us to discuss the possibility of delivery. Alternatively most hire items are available for collection from our Showroom in Woodridge, just south of Brisbane.
