Hire Deliveries & Collections

Delivery & collections for hire equipment occurs mornings, Monday to Friday (excepting public holidays). To minimise costs we provide this service as a daily route where we can most often provide only a general idea of when we might arrive. This is due to factors such as taking additional time with installations to meet client needs, traffic delays, rain/storms, etc.

Upon delivery or collection someone must be present to receive or return the hire equipment items. If you are unable to be present you can nominate someone you trust, such as a family member, friend or neighbor to be there.

Our delivery and collection area includes all Brisbane areas and extends south to Coolangatta, west to Gatton and North to Caloundra. If delivery or collection of an item is to occur at your work place, you must be able to meet the driver either at the business reception area or car park.

Equipment items such as Patient Lifters, Hospital Beds, Pressure Care Mattresses and Lift Recline Chairs must be delivered and installed by our staff. Please do not attempt to relocate or disassemble these items. Contact Mobility Rentals & Sales 1300 460 070 to arrange for our staff to assist with moving and relocating these items as incorrect handling can often lead to costly repairs.

We will be happy to show how the equipment items work and assist with installing the item/s for you but cannot demonstrate the items use with an individual. this is because we are not qualified to offer therapeutic advice as an Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist  may do.

You may keep the hire item/s beyond the original hire period by simply advising the Mobility Rentals & Sales team 1300 460 070 that you wish to extend the equipment hire.

Customers wishing terminate their hire and return the item must advise Mobility Rentals & Sales Staff 1300 460 070 at least 24 hours in advance of the hire period end. This is to ensure the item collection may be added to the run by or before the day the item/s are due for return. Failure to do so will result in additional hire fees to be charged if the item/s hire rolls into an additional hire period.

Bathroom and toileting items must be thoroughly cleaned prior to return, on top, around as well as under the item to ensure the collection person is not exposed to infectious and faecal matter.

We service and test all equipment items prior to delivery to ensure the item is in good, safe working order. Please advise collection staff of any issue that may have come to your attention regarding the equipment items safe operation during the hire term. Do not attempt to repair or continue using a damaged equipment item. Please advise our staff 1300 460 070 and return the item to our depot for adjustment, repair or replacement should an item become damaged while in your possession.
