Delivery and collection services for hire equipment are available Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
To keep delivery costs reasonable, all deliveries and collections operate on planned daily routes. As a result, we are unable to offer fixed delivery or collection times.
Delivery Time Notifications
On the morning of your scheduled delivery or collection, you will receive an SMS providing a 1-hour time window.
When your booking is next on the run, you will receive a further message confirming the delivery team is on the way, along with a live tracking link.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including traffic conditions, weather, and extended installation times for other customers.
Presence at Delivery or Collection
For any item that requires installation, a person 18 years or older must be present at the premises.
For smaller items that do not require installation, equipment may be left at our discretion. Where this occurs, the customer accepts full responsibility for the item once delivered.
If you are unable to be present, you may nominate a trusted representative such as a family member, friend, neighbour, or workplace contact.
Delivery Area
Our standard delivery and collection area includes South East Queensland, covering:

Delivery outside this area may be available by quotation.
If delivery or collection is to occur at a workplace, you must be available to meet the driver at reception or in the car park.

Additional delivery or collection attempts, failed collections, or relocations will incur extra charges.
Installation Requirements
Large and complex items must be installed by our team, including (but not limited to):

Hospital beds

Lift recline chairs
These items must not be relocated, dismantled, or modified by the customer. Incorrect handling can result in damage and additional repair costs. If an item needs to be moved or adjusted, please contact us to arrange assistance.
Demonstration of Equipment
Our team can explain how the equipment operates.
However, we cannot demonstrate use with an individual, as we are not qualified to provide therapeutic or clinical advice. For guidance on suitability or specific use, please consult a qualified allied health profressional.
Hire Periods and Extensions
Hire periods are open-ended unless a fixed booking period is agreed at commencement.
Hires will automatically continue until you request collection. If you wish to end your hire, please provide at least one business day’s notice of your preferred collection date.
Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the hire rolling into an additional hire period, with further charges applied.
Collection Conditions
All items must be clean and ready for collection.
Bathroom and toileting equipment must be thoroughly cleaned on, around, and underneath the item.
If an item is not clean or not accessible at the time of collection, the collection will be deemed failed, and an additional collection fee will apply.
Failed Deliveries or Collections
Failed deliveries or collections — including no access, no authorised person present, unclean items, or undisclosed access issues — will incur additional charges.
Access and Site Conditions
Please advise us at the time of booking of:

Failure to disclose access issues may result in failed delivery or additional charges.
Equipment Safety and Faults
All equipment is serviced and tested prior to delivery to ensure it is safe and in good working order.
If you notice any issue with the equipment during the hire period:

Stop using the item immediately

Do not attempt repairs

Notify our team as soon as possible
