There are several features that ensure the security of our Customer Information Form that is in addition to the general security features.
Unique URL Link
The URL link that is created from is unique to the customer’s unique Id, and their unique key, which is a randomly generated key, typically around 50 characters long. Please ensure that you do not to share this unique link with any other party.
Acceptance Process
Any changes to your customer profile must go through an approval process. One of our team must review any changes before being implemented on your profile.
Secure Card Storage
We do not actually store any payment card numbers at all. Cards are securely stored via Pin Payments, our preferred PCI compliant card payment provider, which provides us with a unique “token” that represents the customer payment card.
