All of our equipment is put through a hygiene system where it undergoes significant cleaning to ensure it is safe to use and safe from infection transference of transmittable diseases including Coronavirus.

Your plan manager can guide you through the process but this can give you a brief understanding of how the process will involve us, a registered NDIS provider.
Your plan manager will generally need to ensure that a client assessment of need has been provided. Once this has occurred then you may need to come in with your OT to our showroom and try out the aid or equipment item. We would then be requested to provide your plan manager with a quotation for supply of the items. Remember, you have complete choice over who you want to supply the equipment items and services you require.
