The Shoprider Viking is a powerful, full-sized three-wheel mobility scooter designed to combine long-range outdoor performance with excellent manoeuvrability. Featuring a 2.0Hp high-torque motor, dual 75Ah batteries, large pneumatic wheels and front and rear suspension, the Viking is well suited to users who regularly travel longer distances while still wanting the tighter turning characteristics of a three-wheel scooter.

Three-Wheel Manoeuvrability

The Viking’s three-wheel design provides excellent manoeuvrability for a scooter of its size, with a 1650 mm turning circle.

This makes it easier to navigate tighter spaces and change direction compared with many similarly sized four-wheel scooters, while still providing the power, suspension and large wheels expected from a full-sized outdoor mobility scooter.

A built-in “Slow When Turning” safety system automatically assists with managing speed while cornering, helping provide greater control when manoeuvring the scooter.

Powerful Long-Range Performance

At the heart of the Viking is a 2.0Hp high-torque 4-pole motor, paired with two 75Ah batteries.

This combination provides a maximum travel range of up to 54 km and a top speed of 10 km/h, making the Viking particularly well suited to users who regularly undertake longer journeys.

The scooter has a safe climbing angle of 9° and a maximum climbing angle of 9°, providing capable performance across moderate slopes and inclines.

The Viking has a maximum user weight of 185 kg on flat ground.

Comfortable, Fully Adjustable Seating

The Viking features a supportive high-back contoured seat with headrest, designed to provide comfort during longer periods of use.

The seating position can be adjusted to better suit the individual user, including:

• Lift-up armrests

Rear-wheel drive provides strong traction and predictable power delivery, particularly when travelling over longer distances or negotiating inclines.

Advanced Colour Display and Controls

The Viking features an elevated handlebar arrangement with a right-hand paddle control and a new full-function colour HD LCD display.

Three selectable driving modes allow the user to choose between High, Medium and Low speed settings, making it easier to adjust the scooter’s performance for different environments.
