- the expected hire duration, if known. Generally our hire bookings are open ended, so you are able to retain the items as long as you require them and we will automatically extend your hire every two weeks, until you advise the item is ready for collection.

Difficult access may affect whether delivery is possible or whether additional charges apply. It is also worth checking the current hire terms and conditions before booking.
Pressure care, mattresses and clinical advice
A standard foam mattress may be suitable for some short-term needs, but it may not be appropriate for people at risk of pressure injuries or people spending extended periods in bed.
