Hire with the Option to Purchase
For selected items, you may have the option to convert your hire into a purchase. If you decide to keep the equipment, a portion of your hire payments may be credited toward the purchase price.

Who is Extended Hire best suited for?
Extended Hire is generally best suited to customers who need a specific item outside our usual hire range, expect to need it for a longer defined period, or want to trial higher-value equipment before deciding whether to purchase. It is not usually the best fit for short-term or temporary hire needs.
Are all products available through Extended Hire?
No. Product eligibility is determined by us and varies depending on the item, expected use, product type, supplier availability, and overall suitability for the program. Lower-value items and standard daily living aids such as crutches, walking sticks, canes and similar products are generally excluded.
Can any customer request Extended Hire?
Customers are welcome to enquire, however Extended Hire is not automatically available in every circumstance. We assess each request based on the product, intended hire duration, availability, and whether the arrangement is appropriate for this program.
Why is there a 3 or 6 month minimum term?
Because these items are not part of our standard hire pool and are typically ordered or allocated specifically for your hire. The minimum term allows us to offer access to a broader product range while accounting for sourcing, setup, administration, and equipment allocation.
Can I return the item early?
Yes, you can arrange to return the item before the end of the initial term, however the agreed minimum hire charges for the full 3 or 6 month period will still apply and are non-refundable.
Can I continue hiring after the initial term?
Yes. In most cases, once the initial minimum term has ended, the hire can continue on our standard two-weekly extension basis until the equipment is returned or collected, subject to ongoing availability and any agreed conditions.

In most cases, yes. Extended Hire items are generally specifically ordered or allocated for your arrangement, and may be supplied as new or near-new depending on the product and availability.
Can I purchase the equipment later?
For selected items, yes. Where a purchase conversion option is offered, a pre-agreed portion of your hire payments may be credited toward the purchase price. Eligibility and credit amounts vary by product and will be confirmed before the hire begins.
